*I declare to accept the estate rules for visitors of azienda Frank Cornelissen, for me as well as the other members of the visit I am requesting: although we love, and have, children, we accept only adult visitors as we produce wine which contains alcohol, prohibited by law for persons under 18 years of age. Children also might hurt themselves with the equipment around as well as getting a cold due to the low temperature inside the cellar (12-16°C/60.8°F) compared to outside temperatures during summer (35+°C/95°F). We do not accept animals as we have no space to host them outside or around the cellar. Persons with strong perfume or aftershave will not be allowed into the cellar. We ask visitors to be punctual at the confirmed hour and date. We do not serve food during winery visits; a list of restaurants in our valley will be supplied.

*The request for a visit releases Az. Agr. Frank Cornelissen, agricola and agrituristica, agricola and agrituristica, from all liability relating to injuries that may occur during estate visits, in, around and towards the cellar, warehouse and vineyards. By confirming an estate visit, visitors hold Az. Agr. Frank Cornelissen, agricola and agrituristica entirely free from any liability, including financial responsibility for injuries incurred, regardless of whether injuries are caused by negligence as well as also acknowledge all the risks involved in visiting a winery and vineyard working environment.
