Olio Extra Vergine di Oliva MunJebel®

Our MunJebel® olive oil is produced from the smaller and more fragrant olives from the cultivars San Benedetto, Frantoiana and Carolea. It is a relatively light olive oil, elegant and fragrant and has a distinct smokeyness in good picking years.

Olive growths: Borriglione, Rampante, Barbabecchi and Ciapparotto
Exposure: North, North-East
Cultivar: San Benedetto, Frantoiana and Carolea
Picking: manual from end of October to mid November
Extraction: 3 phase centrifugal extraction at low temperature
Decanting: In neutral epoxy tanks from 300 to 700 liters for 4 months
Filtering: No
Annual production: 800 bottles
First production: 2004
Bottle type (with pouring cap): dark 0,5L.
Cases of: 12 bottles
 
How to recycle: we suggest to re-use rather than recycle wherever possible; obviously without counterfeiting…
