Dev - Estate visits

Over the last few years we have an increasing amount of visitors from all over the world, clients as well as interested wine people.

We like to be open to people and want to maintain this availability for as many visitors possible as a gratitude to our loyal clients as well as the Italian hospitality we are part of.

During the summer period we recommend to bring a sweater as the temperature in the cellar is relatively cold (16°C/60.8°F) compared to outside (35°C/95°F).

Although we love and have children, we only accept adult visitors as we produce wine which contains alcohol, prohibited by law for persons under 18 years of age. Children might also hurt themselves with the equipment around as well as getting a serious cold due to the low temperature in the cellar. Visitors with strong perfume or aftershave are not accepted into the cellar.
Planning, time and date of visits will be specified via e-mail. We gently ask to be punctual.
We do not offer food and wine pairings, but we provide a list of restaurants in the area.

Below are the various tastings and tours we offer::

The Classic tasting offers a visit to one of our ancient vineyards and a tour with a more informal tasting in the working environment of the winery The tasting includes 5 wines of which 2 crus. This tasting takes about 2 hours.
The Magma tasting offers a visit to one of our ancient vineyards and a tour with a tasting in the winery. In our tasting room you will taste 6 different crus including our Grand Vin Magma. The tasting lasts about 2,5 hours.
The Private Classic tasting offers the Classic tour, exclusively to you and your group, without other visitors joining the tour and tasting. A private classic tasting can host maximum 6 persons.
The Private Magma tasting offers the Magma tour and tasting, exclusively to you and your group, without other visitors joining the tour and tasting. A private Magma tasting can host maximum 6 persons.
Our e-bike vineyard tour will take you to 3 or more vineyard sites, discovering the Etna surroundings by bike. The visit starts in our winery, followed by the bike tour, accompanied by our guide. After the return to the winery you can taste the crus from the different vineyards visited by bike. E-bikes, helmets, gloves and backpack are included. Tour starts at 8:30AM and finishes around 14PM. In the case of bad weather the bike tour will be cancelled and replaced by a classic or magma tasting. This type of activity can host maximum 5 people.
